Kaffir lime leaves
Kaffir lime leaves are used in the same way as bay leaves - they are added to soups, meat dishes and fish, previously little hands tearing a leaf to reveal the full flavor.
Kaffir lime leaves are very popular in Thailand, this spice is in harmony with garlic, galangal, ginger and chilli. Aroma kafir lime leaves always felt in the Thai soups.
