1. Put the solution from the bottle (Aromatic foot Spa Water) to some bowl where you can put your feet. But only little bit. It should cover only the area that you want to work with - bottom of you feet or only heels. Your nails shouldn’t be covered by this water. Please control it or they will become very very soft. 
Leave your feet in this solution for 10-15 min. Then clean the skin with scrub or cosmetic emery to remove dead skin cells. 
2. Then use small packet with soap water (Aromatic Foot Soap) or any other shower gel or liquid soap. Use the cap lid of the bottle to measure quantity. Mix with warm water in the bowl and leave feet there for 5 min. then rinse off with clean water. Then use nourishing cream for feet.

Set of bottle 200 ml and packet 50 ml.
